The Fibich piano’s production history dates back to just after the second world war, to 1948. It is named after the famous Czech composer Zdeněk Fibich , a younger contemporary of Bedřich Smetana and Antonín Dvořák, and an important representative of musical romanticism, who wrote many operas, melodramas and symphonic poems.
